In Monteu Roero, Piedmont, among vineyards, hazelnut groves and chestnut woods, Villa Arneis is reopening after a complete rebuild. It has retained what gave it its soul — its proportions, façade and Liberty elegance — while gaining every modern comfort. Seven en-suite bedrooms, a lounge and kitchen for gathering, two large terraces for long dinners and, soon, a pool facing the hills: the villa is rented exclusively to one group, for up to 14 guests.

Villa Arneis is a rare Liberty-style residence in the Roero, completely rebuilt while preserving the essence of its original volumes and architecture. Villa Arneis is made for slow mornings, long lunches and evenings over a glass of Roero Arneis or Barolo from the Langhe. With more than 200 m² of space, it brings together seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms and generous shared areas opening onto the vineyards. The entire villa is rented exclusively to one group of up to 14 guests.

Seven bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom. Bed linen and towels, hairdryers and a welcome kit with bathroom amenities are provided, and a ground-floor accessible bedroom has an adapted bathroom.
The TV lounge is a place to read, spend time together, work quietly or watch a film. The laundry room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and everything needed for everyday upkeep.
A dining room and a Smeg-equipped kitchen for cooking market produce or welcoming a private chef.
Two large terraces with views, ideal for long summer dinners, relaxing or a yoga session facing the hills. Outdoors you’ll also find a landscaped garden and, from 15 April 2027, a 10 × 4 m panoramic swimming pool overlooking the vineyards, with sun loungers and parasols.

The Region
The Roero lies on the left bank of the Tanaro, opposite the Langhe. Its hills are covered with vineyards, orchards, hazelnut groves and chestnut woods, and carved by the Rocche — spectacular sandy cliffs that create one of Piedmont’s most distinctive landscapes. Together with the Langhe and Monferrato, its vineyards have been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2014.
This is the land of Arneis, Piedmont’s great white wine and the inspiration for the villa’s name, and Roero DOCG, made from Nebbiolo grapes. Hilltop villages, medieval castles, hiking trails and generous local cuisine: life here follows the rhythm of the seasons and the harvest.

No. Villa Arneis is rented exclusively as a whole villa for groups of up to 14 guests. You therefore enjoy the entire property without sharing it with other guests.
Yes. The minimum stay is 2 nights during the week, from Tuesday to Thursday. At weekends, from Thursday to Monday, and during the White Truffle Fair, the minimum stay is 3 nights.
The 10 × 4 m outdoor swimming pool opens on 15 April 2027. During winter, the villa is heated by underfloor heating, and the terraces remain accessible in good weather so you can enjoy the views.
Breakfast is not included. It can be arranged as an optional service or provided as a basket of local produce. A private chef can also be booked for dinner.
Yes. The Smeg-equipped kitchen is available to guests and includes everything needed to prepare meals.
Yes. Free private uncovered parking is available on site for at least 5 cars. An electric vehicle charging point will be available from April 2027.
The nearest airports are Cuneo-Levaldigi, approximately 45 minutes away; Turin-Caselle, approximately 1 hour 15 minutes away; and Milan-Malpensa, approximately 2 hours away. The nearest railway stations are Alba and Asti. A private driver can be arranged on request. A car is recommended for exploring the region.

No. Villa Arneis is entirely non-smoking.
Yes, children are very welcome. A cot and high chair are available on request, and Camera Allegria offers a PlayStation and board games. The villa is in a natural setting and has a swimming pool, so children must remain under adult supervision.
Yes. Camera Inclusiva is on the ground floor and is more spacious to allow wheelchair access. It also has an adapted bathroom.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Cancellation is free up to 30 days before arrival; after that date, the deposit is non-refundable. The balance is payable [30 days before arrival — to be confirmed].
Yes. The tourist tax is €1.50 per person per night, approved by the municipality of Monteu Roero in September 2026. It supports sustainable initiatives on the hillside, including waste management and new hiking trails.
